Paths We Share is a documentary that explores the LIFE Bear-Smart Corridors project, an ambitious effort to secure a future for endangered brown bear populations in Italy and Greece by reconnecting fragmented landscapes and reshaping human–wildlife relationships. Set in the Central Apennines and key mountainous regions of Greece, the film follows conservationists and local communities as they create ecological corridors, implement practical coexistence solutions, and rethink how people and bears can safely share the same territory. Through intimate human stories and powerful landscapes, the documentary reveals how coexistence, cultural change, and ecological restoration can come together to protect one of Europe’s most vulnerable species and the paths we all share.
